The new ERP system was designed specifically for textile workflows and built as a web-based platform that could support KSR’s entire business process—from sales and inventory to logistics and production outsourcing. It featured a specific, role-specific access system with each member having access only to the parts where their responsibilities would take them while keeping sensitive company information safe.
To make operations even more streamlined, the ERP incorporated KSR’s website content management, enabling real-time updates without the necessity of changing platforms. Custom dashboards were integrated in to give instant access to inventory levels, sales trends, and operations data—eliminating reporting delays and enabling leadership to make decisions on time.
Instead of launching the entire system at once, AES rolled out the ERP in carefully planned phases. This approach allowed teams to gradually adapt, test features, and provide feedback throughout the process, ensuring smoother adoption and greater user confidence.
